THE MALIGN AND SENSELESS ATTACK ON SENATOR TIMOTHY ADUDU WITH THE SOLE AIM OF DISCREDITING HIM FOR SINISTER AGENDA

THE MALIGN AND SENSELESS ATTACK ON SENATOR TIMOTHY ADUDU WITH THE SOLE AIM OF DISCREDITING HIM FOR SINISTER AGENDA
PRESS RELEASE

With the current political development in Plateau State in relation to the tremendous political appointments granted by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to lots of our citizens and with some on their way coming, a group of people who felt threatened by achievements of others have embarked on sponsorship of maligners to carry out their nefarious agenda against the achievers to secure political edge and relevance.

It came to our notice that a writeup polluting the social media with falsehood, targets to destroy the hard earned image of Senator Timothy Adudu who is a member representing
North-Central zone at the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency, FERMA.
The write-up described him as incompetent and nonchalant towards promoting the All Progressives Congress, APC, the party that gave him the appointment, even threatening to report him to Mr. President.

The write-up was pure mischief based on false allegations by the writer.
Against the allegation of the writer that Distinguished Senator Adudu works in isolation without carrying the State EXCO of the APC along, we hereby remind them that in a press statement signed by the State Publicity Secretary of the party, Comrade Shittu Bamaiyi, while commending contributors to the progress of the party as appreciated by LG party Chairmen in the state mentioned Adudu. He said in the statement dated 19/2/25, "APC local government Chairmen in Plateau State are full of praises for their members at the State and National Assemblies for their support to the Party at the grassroots.
"The Chairmen bared their minds at the Executive Council meeting of the Party in Jos today.
"According to them, most members of the State and the National Assemblies have been giving a lot of support not only to the Party but also to their constituents and called on those lagging behind to follow suit.
"Most of them revealed that the legislators have been up and doing in providing social amenities such as building of Schools, clinics, boreholes, road constructions and rural electrification in their constituencies.
"The Chairmen further revealed that, the actions of the legislators as well as the assistance of  notable political appointees like, Professor Garba Sharubutu and Senator Timothy Adudu have gone a long way in boosting the image of the Party at the grassroots."
The State APC stated that Adudu have gone a long way, not short, in supporting the party at the grassroots. Long way means, so much. This commendation was done since February of this year. The APC state chairman and his EXCO are all proud of Adudu, where then did the writer get the false information that Adudu works dormantly and in isolation? Is this not an obvious mischief garnished with concocted lies to demean and malign a workaholic and grassroots political mobiliser?

In terms of representing North -Central at FERMA, Adudu has been doing very well and lobbying for gigantic damaged road rehabilitation as can be seen from the repairs of the 125.8km road from
Jos -Akwanga.
Previously the road which was in terrible bad shape and took motorist far beyond the 1hr 49 min at 100km/hr speed, has now been restored due to the massive repairs that ensued.
This was just the tip of the iceberg as many other roads within the
North-Central zone have been captured in the 2025 budget and waiting for the disbursement of funds for repairs to start.
Of the roads captured in Plateau State for repairs in the 2025 budget awaiting releases of funds for work to commence include: Panyam to Shendam through Kerang and Abwor Dis, and from Panyam to Sheñdam via Pankshin, Kanke, Lantang North and others.
Senator Adudu has proven his mettle as an achieved, hence no amount of blackmail on the premise of tribalism, ethnicity, jealousy and hatred can demean him for selfish politicians to benefit.
It's time the unholy, unwholesome and diabolic move of pull him down syndrome against Adudu be put to rest, and to encourage him to do more as he is doing.
We call on the writer of such malicious piece to and their sponsors to desist and shouldn't allow themselves to be saboteurs of progress in Plateau and the APC.
We seize this opportunity to thank President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the numerous appointments given to citizens of Plateau, the state leader of the party, Senator Simon Lalong and the entire state EXCO led by Honourable Rufus Bature for doing their best in running its affairs.
We also send big congratulations to the amiable, intelligent, ingenious and hard working National Chairman of the APC, Professor Nentawe Yilwada on his ascension to the position. May God grant you the wherewithal to succeed and lead us to victory at all levels come 2027.
Long live the APC!
Long live Plateau State!!
Long live Nigeria!!!
Signed:
Plateau APC Justice Vanguard

The event, which took place in a vibrant hall in Gora, began with a simple ball of yarn passed from hand to hand, weaving a visible web of connection among the 100 selected widows. These women shared the experience of losing their husbands to violent attacks. This was not a craft lesson, but the opening act of a profound tra...
