NCDC BOARD, MANAGEMENT CONDOLE MD/CEO DR. CYRIL YILTSEN TSENYIL OVER THE LOSS OF UNCLE, MISKOOM PIUS NKUP YILBIAL.  The Chairman, Members of the Governing Board, Management, and Staff of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC) extend their heartfelt condolences to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil, on the passing of his beloved eldest uncle, Miskoom Pius Nkup Yilbial, who departed this life at the age of 88. The Commission joins the family, the people of Gamaland, and all those whose lives were touched by the late elder statesman in mourning this great loss. Late Miskoom Pius Nkup Yilbial lived a life of service, integrity, and dedication to humanity. LATE KAKA HALIMA NALUNG DAKON SARPIYA LAID TO REST WITH THE LORD Resting in the Bursom of the most high, the family of Late Mai Angela Baba Damon Sarpiya of Bidol Ampang West laid to rest a loving Wife, Mother, Grand Mother, and Great Grand Mother.  Late Kaka Halima Making Dakon Sarpiya was born on the 23rd of February 1930, died on the 26th of December 2020. Late  Kaka is to be buried Wednesday, 30th December 2020 at the Family burial Ground, Ampang West, Mangu LGA, Plateau State. Late Kaka Halima Nalung Dakon Sarpiya born to the Family of Late Da Baba David and Na Kaka Nayok of Nkrom Pwaskwang of Timjahas in Kerang District of Mangu Local Government is survived by seven (7) children, namely:- 1.
