HOR APPROVE ESTABLISHMENT OF JOS ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL, WASE FEDERAL MEDICAL CENTRE The House of Representatives Wednesday unanimously passed into law two bills for the establishment of the National Orthopaedic Hospital, Jos and Federal Medical Centre, Wase all in Plateau state. This was sequel to the adoption of the report of the House committee on health institutions considered in the committee of the whole at the plenary. The Bill's are; a bill for the establishment of Federal Medical Centre, Wase and a bill to amend the Orthopaedic Hospitals Management Board Laws to provide for the establishment of Orthopaedic Hospital in Jos. The two bills were sponsored by the Deputy Speaker, and will now be forwarded ro the senate for concurrence preparatory for onward transmission to President Muhammadu Buhari for assent.
