PPA EMPATHIZES WITH PROF. NENTAWE YILWADA AND FAMILY OVER THE DEATH OF THEIR MOTHER.

Plateau Publishers Association, PPA, extends its heart felt empathy to the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Professor Nentawe Yilwada, and the entire family over the death of their mother and Matriarch, Nana Lydia Yilwada, who passed away on Sunday 17th August, 2025 at the age of 83.

PPA calls on the Yilwadas to see the death of their Matriarch as an act of God, and be consoled in the fact that while she lived, she served the Lord with all her heart and has been an epitome of chaste wife and mother who supported her husband in the field of God's service and nurtured her children in the fear of the Almighty.

Mama has been peaceful, loving and caring to all who came in contact with her, and has lived and exemplary godly live while she sojourn on earth. 
We exhort the bereaved not to be overwhelmed by the great loss which is not only to them and Ngas nation, but Church of Christ in Nations, COCIN, Plateau State and the entire country especially beneficiaries of Nentawe's benevolence, compassion, leadership, multipotentiality and ingenuity; but to take solace in the Almighty God who promised to comfort us in our days of adversities, trials and mourning. 

We pray that the Almighty God will comfort you and grant you the serenity and the grace to bear the irreparable loss. And may the gentle soul of Mama rest in peace with the Lord.
