QUA’AN-PAN COUNCIL FELICITATES WITH MUSLIM UMMAH AT EID EL-KABIR

QUA’AN-PAN COUNCIL FELICITATES WITH MUSLIM UMMAH AT EID EL-KABIR

I, Hon. Ernest Abner Da’a, the Executive Chairman  of Qua’an-Pan LGC, Plateau State; on behalf of the Executive, the Legislative and Traditional Councils; and the good people of the area, felicitates with the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of the 2023 Eid el-Kabir celebration.

Eid el-Kabir, also known as Eid el-Adba, which is the celebration marking the culmination of the Annual Pilgrimage to Mecca and significantly, commemorating Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness to sacrifice his son, is very significant because it teaches us the willingness to sacrifice all that we own and are, for the greatness and common good of humanity.

Regardless of our religion, tribe and political affiliations, let us live in the consciousness of the message of Ed-el-Kabir everyday, by imbibing Ibrahim’s ideals and sacrifice by contributing meaningfully to our communities.

I appeal to the faithful to use this unique occasion to pray for the country and it's leaders, so that together, and with God, we shall overcome the challenges confronting us.

With joy and love, we, in Qua’an-Pan congratulate all Muslim faithful, who successfully performed this year's Hajj and wish all our Muslim brothers and sisters a blessed and peaceful  celebration.

May the blessings of Allah (SWT) fill our lives with happiness, success and fulfilment. Ameen.

Signed:

Hon. Ernest Abner Da'a

Executive Chairman
