QUA’AN-PAN COUNCIL FELICITATES WITH MUSLIM UMMAH AT EID EL-KABIR I, Hon. Ernest Abner Da’a, the Executive Chairman  of Qua’an-Pan LGC, Plateau State; on behalf of the Executive, the Legislative and Traditional Councils; and the good people of the area, felicitates with the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of the 2023 Eid el-Kabir celebration.
