PLASU CONGRATULATES GOV. LALONG OVER PEACE AWARDS

PLATEAU STATE UNIVERSITY, BOKKOS
The Vice Chancellor,Plateau State University, Bokkos, Professor Yohana Daniel Izam has congratulated Governor Simon Bako Lalong over the recent award bestowed on him by Plateau State Independent Publishers for his untiring efforts in restoring peace in the state. 

Professor Izam sees this award as well deserved and a mark of recognition for his doggedness and steadfastness which will further spur Governor Lalong to put in his utmost best in further returning the State to its lost glory as exemplified by the execution of the Lalong legacy projects spread across the length and breadth of the state in addition to the initiative taken in consolidating on the gains of his administration by widening his scope of project implementation. 

Worthy of commendation also is the bold initiative of Governor Lalong in lobbying the Federal Government to reconstruct the burnt down Jos Main Market,, the reactivation of the moribund Jos International Breweries, BARC Farms and reconstitution of government boards and agencies including that of Plateau State University, Bokkos. These giant strides stand him out as a colossus and one who sees the whole of Plateau as his constituency.

We pray for God’s continuous guidance and protection and good health on the Governor as he traverses the length and breadth of Nigeria, particularly the North in search for lasting and enduring peace which stimulate meaningful development through the revitalization of public projects like Northern Nigeria Development Company and Bank of the North among others.
