PLATEAU APC CHAIRMAN LAUDS SUCCESS OF SOUTHERN ZONE PRIMARY ELECTION
All Progressives Congress, APC, in Plateau has been described as one solid and indivisible family in the state ready to clinch the senatorial election coming up next month for the southern senatorial zone.
State Chairman of the party Letep Dabang said this was as a result of the peaceful and fruitful outcome of the senatorial primaries which took place in the zone which produced Professor Nora Dadu'ut as candidate of the party.
Showering acholades on the contestants and delegates,the APC Chairman said party faithful exhibited oneness with a great spirit of sportsmanship demonstrating they all want the party to succeed ahead.
According to Letep,the unanimous decision by delegates across the Local Governments that form the southern senatorial zone confirms further that the APC is firmly rooted across board and ready to bury all differences to enable the party easily win the upcoming election.
The Chairman said the APC is a democratic party which allowed all to exercise their franchise by contesting the primary election.
He commended Governor Simon Lalong for ensuring the atmosphere in Shendam was peaceful which accommodated all that came to witness the primaries from within and outside the state.
The Chairman then called on all lovers of the APC in the zone which according to him are firmly on ground to prepare for the next phase of campaigns across the zone which will lead to a resounding victory for the APC come October 31st.
