WE ARE FULLY READY FOR A SUCCESSFUL VALEDICTORY SESSION AND LEGAL YEAR-HON JUSTICE KUNDA. 



In a Media Chat with the Publishers and Editors of the NewsGate Magazine, the NewsCrest Newspaper, Ace News Online,Jat HotNews Newspaper, Frank News Magazine, Emerald Magazine,Trust News Online, Factual and Reliable News Online,Prompt News Online and the Age Newspaper,Hon Justice Ishaku Kunda, the Chairman of the Central Planning Committee of the 2023/2024 of the Plateau State High Court Legal Year hinted that everything is in place for a successful 2023/2024 Legal Year. 


Justice Kunda said the Legal Year is for stock taking of the activities of the previous year of the Plateau State High Court, to offer thanksgiving to the Lord Almighty for the legal year ended and prepare for the legal year ahead. 


Kunda said this year's legal year activities started with Muslim prayers at the Jos Central Mosque on Friday 8th September, 2023,Christian prayers at the COCIN Church Abattoir on Sunday 10th September, 2023, the valedictory court session for late Justice Oyetunde on Thursday 14th September, 2023 and the legal year ceremony proper on Friday 15th September, 2023.



The hardworking Chairman and members of the committee (Justice I I Kunda-Chairman, Justice G D Fwomyom-Member, Justice Shaseet-Member,Justice Elizabeth Angai-Member,Justice S B Samchi-Member and Barr Andrawus Maikai-Secretary) said the legal year activities is properly captured in the statute of the State High Court,hence,the judges rested for 42 working days and will resume work after the legal year ceremony.
