PLATEAU STATE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE FLAGS OFF 2023/2024 LEGAL YEAR WITH THANKSGIVING SERVICE AT MASALACIN JUMAA AND COCIN ABATTOIR, JOS.

The Plateau State 2023/24 Legal Year has been flagged off with a thanksgiving service on Friday 8th September, 2023 at Masalacin Juma'a-Central Mosque and Sunday 10th September, 2023 to mark the beginning of the Legal Week.


Hon Justice Ashanabu of the Plateau State High Court led the Legal Muslim faithfuls to thank Allah at the Central Mosque on Friday 8th September,2023.


The Chief Judge of Plateau State, Honourable Justice David G Mann led other Justices, Magistrates,Area Court Judges,Silks, Lawyers and well wishers to COCIN Abattoir for the Christian Thanksgiving Service.


Dignitaries at the thanksgiving service were Rev Dr Amos Mozho, the President of COCIN,Rev Assoc.Prof Benjamin Pokol,the COCIN General Secretary, Rev Mudimka Yohanna Seri,COCIN PCC Chairman jos,,Rev Gyang Moses Chuwang, RCC Chairman Giring,Rev Luka Damulep,Resident Pastor in Charge  LCC Abattoir Rev Davou Rapp,Coordinator Counselling Unit and Associate Pastor LCC Abattoir, His Excellency Barr Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, the Plateau State Executive Governor,Her Excellency Barr Helen Mutfwang, the Plateau State First Lady, Engr Jeremiah Satmak, the Chief of Staff to the Executive Governor of Plateau State,Hon Moses Nwan, the Executive Private Secretary to the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Hon Nannim Langyi, member representing Langtang North North of the Plateau State House of Assembly, Hon Fwangje,representing Mangu Central of the Plateau State House of Assembly, Barr Rauta Dakok the Head of Service,High and Area Court Judges, Magistrates ,Barr Andrawus Maikai, the Chief Registrar, Registrars, Directors of the High Court, Commissioners, Heads of Boards & Parastatals, the Clergy, Journalists, congregation,visitors amongst others.


Hon Justice Ishaku Kunda,the Chairman of the Central Planning Committee of the 2023/24 Legal Week gave the vote of thanks at the  Thanksgiving Service.
