Presidency 2023: ATIKU ABUBAKAR WALKS JOURNALISTS OUT IN PLATEAU PDP SECRETARIAT

Presidency 2023: ATIKU ABUBAKAR WALKS JOURNALISTS OUT IN PLATEAU PDP SECRETARIAT

by Justin Jattim

Presidential Aspirant and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar with the saddest heart today the 16th of May 2022 arrived in Jos Plateau State Capital to express his intention to run for the office of President. After a long-awaited delay by the Presidential hopeful, Atiku Abubakar arrived in fleets with security personnel who enforced his dastardly notion towards men of the pen profession.

His entrance into the conference hall where delegates and journalists were already waiting for his arrival sparked an unknown treat as he glimpsed cameras and media crews ready for his remarks.

It is said that “heavy is the head that wears the crown” but in this case, the presidential not so hopeful in his words said and I quote “ I am here to address the delegates and not Journalist”. By this utterance, is Atiku trying to buy off delegates for his ambitious needs to enter Aso Rock? I pose this question despite the denial by Atiku Abubakar to journalists.

Aside from the humiliation, was the fear to answer for his reason of deleting his tweet with regards to the murder of Miss. Deborah Yakubu a 200-level Student of Shehu Shagari College of Education a huge hindrance to his vote by some Islamic fundamentalists who treated not to vote for him a reason he shut out journalist?

Atiku Abubakar vehemently disapproved the presence of Journalist with reason best know to him, PDP and delegates which followed the destruction of channels tv cameras. The overzealousness that warranted his behavior is still unknown but was condoned by the Peoples Democratic Party Plateau State who were silent yet acceptant of his behavior.
