QUA’AN-PAN COUNCIL BOSS FELICITATES
WITH CHRISTIANS ON EASTER CELEBRATION

16th April, 2022

The Executive Chairman Qua’an-Pan LGC, Plateau State, Nigeria, Hon. Ernest Abner Da’a, on April 16, 2022, called on Christians to live the Christ-like virtues of love, sacrifice, forgiveness, humility, courage and endurance, which Christ embodied and remarkably demonstrated during His earthly ministry.

Hon. Ernest Abner Da’a made the call in an Easter message as he joined Christians the world over in marking this year’s Easter celebration.

In his words, the Executive Chairman said, “as believers, Easter which is the most important season in the Christian calendar and represents God’s redemptive mission over humanity, the triumph of light over darkness, hope over despair and good over evil, is our stronghold.”

“So, as we commemorate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, I admonish us to also use this time to live the Christ-like virtues of love, sacrifice, forgiveness, humility, courage and endurance, which Christ embodied and remarkably demonstrated during His earthly ministry”, he stressed.

Da'a encouraged faithfuls to disabuse their minds about the merriments but make sacrifices by being more reflective and solemn this season, even as they seek the face of God amidst the trials, adding that Christ redemptive Spirit cleanses the world.

The Council Boss further urged the people to use the auspicious season to be hopeful, to show love to their neighbours, and cater to the needs of the less-privileged in their communities.
