UJAH ANAGUTA TO ORGANIZE A SPECIAL DAY AND ESTABLISH A FOUNDATION. 


The Ujah Anaguta and president Jos North Traditional Council Johnson Jauro Magaji has inaugurated an over sixty man  committee to organize the 2022 Ujah Day celebration in Jos.

This committee which is headed by the Executive Chairman of Jos North Local Government Council Shehu Bala Usman is expected to organize a befitting occasion that would solidify the unity, togetherness and promote the cultural heritage  of the various ethnic nationalities in the area.

While performing the inauguration in a brief and colourful ceremony at the Ujah Anaguta Palace  Dogo Dutse in Jos, the monarch noted that the celebration will also feature the Launching of Ujah Johnson Jauro Magaji foundation which will serve as a panacea to  the plight of vulnerable people in the locality.

Inhabitants of Jos North Local Government Area who thronged the Ujah Anaguta Palace expressed happiness over the gesture as the royal father inaugurates the committee as the event is slated for Seven May, Two Thousand and Twenty -Two.

The royal father  explained that the occasion will strengthen their diversity as a people and assist them in learning more about other cultures and the people which according to him will create awareness and Appreciation of other people's cultures and their history.

The royal father expressed confidence in the ability of the committee Chairman and Jos North Local Government Chairman Shehu Bala Usman and other members to deliver a memorable event.

Responding on behalf of other members the Chairman of Jos North Local Government Council, Shehu Bala Usman said they accepted the committee with the high sense of responsibility.

Represented by his Deputy, Ezekiel Shina Agada, Usman commended the foresight of the Ujah Anaguta, Johnson Jauro Magiji for his foresight  in organising an event that will bring the people of the area together.

THE LONG GAMAI OF GAMAI NATION, HRH MISKOOM MARTIN MUDU'UTRIE SHALDAS III, HAS ADVOCATED FOR A MORE ROBUST MEANS OF UNITY AMONG THE SUB GAMAI GROUP

The Long Gamai of Gamai Nation, HRH Miskoom Martin Mudu'utrie Shaldas III, has advocated for a more robust means of unity among the sub Gamai groups. Miskoom Shaldas III, made the call on Sunday October 27, 2024; when the Chairman Board of Trustees of the Gamai Bible Translation and Gamai Literacy Project, Nda Noetsen Kevin Kwaplong, led members of the Board and the organizers of Dedication, Presentation and Launching of the Gamai Bible and Literacy Project after the Thanksgiving Mass, organized by the Central Working Committee, led by Nda Kurnajam Joseph Ari; held at the Sacred Heart Cathedral Shendam, Plateau State. The Long Gamai commended the team, and stressed that the successful conduct of the event was a consequence of the unity exhibited the sub Gamai groups, emphasizing that the unity is key in whatever we need to achieve. Miskoom Shaldas III, who was full of appreciation to the team added that the resilience, commitment, synergy and ene
