RIYOM’s FORCE TO RECKON WITH

Hon Mafeng Gwalson APC Campaign Flag off for Chairmanship took place at the Riyom LGA Stadium, Rahoss today Tuesday,5th October, 2021 amidst pomp and pageantry.

Hon Dan Manjang, the Director General of the Campaign Council urged the people of Riyom LGA to come out en masse and vote the APC, personified by Hon Mafeng Gwalson, whose track record is second to none. He thanked Governor Simon Bako Lalong KSGG for providing the needed dividends of democracy which has wetted the ground for the acceptability of the APC in Berom land.

The Transition Committee Chairman of Riyom Local Government Council, Hon Pam Nyango called on the people of Riyom to come out massively and vote for Hon Mafeng Gwalson, a youth, who has not disappointed his constituency. He assured of adequate security during and after the elections.

In his remarks, the Riyom LGC Chairmanship Candidate thanked all those who came out to support their candidature.He assured the people of the provision of security, economic empowerment and engagement of youths in meaningful trades and skills.

The National Assembly Rerun Election Petition Tribunal for Plateau Northern Senatorial District sitting in Bauchi on Wednesday 14th August, 2024 dismissed allegation of certificate forgery filed against Senator Pam Dachungyang Mwadkwon of Action Democratic Party (ADP). A 3-man panel of Judges of the Tribunal, led by Hon. Justice Cordelia Ogadi upheld that there is no any substantial evidence before the tribunal that senator Mwadkwon forged First School Leaving Certificate and the West African School Certificate.
