The Acting Chairman of the All Progressive Congress Hon Enoch Fanmak has Charged Nigerians to imbibe the spirit of the nation's founding fathers who did not consider their differences, but collectively craved for a Country that would be economically, socially and politically strong and a leading force in the continent.
The Acting Chairman Stated this in a special Goodwill message to Nigerians in commemoration of the Nigeria 61st years independent anniversary as a sovereign nation, said the nation has come a long way especially with the challenges its facing but believed it will Surmount it
He urged citizens to see themselves as people of one indivisibles nation, saying that violence was not a part of the noble and dignifies struggled for the Independence.Hon Fanmak Stated that the prevailing ethnic, religious and other security strife in the country had watered down its unity as the people no longer see them selves as one unlike in the past, the development he said called for reflection.
He admonished citizens to continue to keep faith in the Nigeria project by supporting the government programmes and policies of President Muhammadu Buhari led APC administration and the rescue adminstration under the leadership of Simon Lalong of Plateau State.
He congratulated Nigerians on the country 61st independent anniversary on behalf of the ruling APC on the plateau and urged Citizens to embrace peace as see nation as one indivisible nation.
