On behalf of my family and the good people of Kogi East, we celebrate with our amiable Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello and his twin brother, the deputy governor of Kogi State, Chief Edward David Onoja and the good people of Kogi State in general on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of our dear state.

We celebrate with our heroes, founding fathers, late and living for their enormous contributions to the success stories of Kogi State.

I'm proud to be part of this great milestone achieved within 30 years. It's paramount to states that your remarkable achievement cut-across all sector in Kogi State within 5 years as our Governor since you assumed the leadership of our dear state.

Under your leadership, we have have seen unprecedented development in all ramifications. You have by words and actions changed the future of Kogi State and earned positive impact all over.

I wish you and your team sound health, understanding, wisdom and God protection as you continue to pilot the affairs of our dear state. Once again, accept my heartfelt fecilitation on this auspicious day of kogi 30th anniversary.

The National Assembly Rerun Election Petition Tribunal for Plateau Northern Senatorial District sitting in Bauchi on Wednesday 14th August, 2024 dismissed allegation of certificate forgery filed against Senator Pam Dachungyang Mwadkwon of Action Democratic Party (ADP). A 3-man panel of Judges of the Tribunal, led by Hon. Justice Cordelia Ogadi upheld that there is no any substantial evidence before the tribunal that senator Mwadkwon forged First School Leaving Certificate and the West African School Certificate.
