Long Kwo holds first Council meeting, to appoint more title holders October The Long Kwo of Kwo Chiefdom Miskoom Fidelis Longtoe Attahiru I, on Saturday July 24, 2021 held his first Council meeting  at the District office in Kwande, Quaan Pan Local Government Area of Plateau State. During the meeting with his newly appointed title holders, Miskoom Attahiru I briefed them on his tour of his domain, which he said was significant.
