DR. PATRICK DAKUM REVALIDATES APC MEMBERSHIP

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria, Dr. Patrick Sunday Dakum has called on citizens to exercise their constitutional rights by actively participating in the democratic process of the country.

Dr. Dakum made this statement in Jiblik Central Ward of Pankshin LGA of Plateau State while revalidating his All Progressives Congress (APC) membership status. He called on his supporters and party faithfuls to turn up and register to have a stake in the political journey of the country.

The Human Virology CEO enjoined citizens to embrace meaningful change that will bring development. “God alone is constant, but any other creature is subject to change. We must first of all change our hearts then our speech and actions will be geared towards progress and development”, he maintained.

In their separate messages, The Chairman of Plateau State Councillors Forum and Councillor representing Fobur Ward, Hon. Silas Agwom and the APC Chairman Pankshin LGA, Hon. Timothy Yilmukwa said Dr. Patrick Dakum is an asset to the APC family and the community at large; they applauded him for constructing a Primary School block in his community amongst other developmental strides.

Dr. Patrick Dakum was one time Commissioner of information in Plateau State during Governor Joshua Dariye’s administration, and despite his tight schedule at the Human Virology Centre he still teaches Sunday School for Children in church and he is presently the Chairman of COCIN Literature Committee amongst other responsibilities.
