REMAINS OF PROFESSOR FRANCIS FAYAM LAID TO REST.

The remains of Professor Francis Ndakaduna Fayam, Director of Research and Development in Plateau State University Bokkos who also lectured in the Department of History and International Studies of the University has been laid to rest in his Compound near St. Rita's Catholic Church Rantya Low Cost Jos.
In a funeral service on the occasion, Pastor incharge of Living Faith Church, Rantya Onodje Brama Frederick who represented the General Overseer of Living Faith Church, Bishop David Oyedepo in a sermon titled"Understanding the Programming of Life"said every Christian and mankind has a divine programme structured by God.

Quoting from the Prophet Jeremiah Chapter 1 Verse 5, Eccesiates Chapter 3 verse 1-3 and Romans Chapter 8 verse 30 to buttress his point said the essence of being born is to glorify God, adding that man's life is designed to be impactful, unfortunately not all people are following God's purpose and plan for their lives 
In his message on the occasion Vice Chancellor Plateau State University Bokkos Professor Yohana Daniel Izam who was represented by his Deputy,Dr. Jurji Nengak Gomos described late Professor Francis Fayam as a reservoir and repository of knowledge who contributed immensely in modelling the lives of the young ones adding his services will be greatly missed.

In his remarks Chairman Academic Staff Union of Universities, Plateau State University Bokkos branch,Dr. Bentse Pam said late Professor Francis Fayam was a committed senior member of the Union.
Late Professor Francis Fayam who hails from Kpata,Bassa-Nge Kogi State was born on 5th April 1952 and died on January 10,2021.

He left behind his wife Mary Fayam,six children and five grand children.
Present at funeral service were members of the University Management and Staff.
