PUBLICITY SECRETARY MIANGO YOUTHS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (MYDA) CALLS THE ATTENTION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON A MISSING PERSON.


A case of missing young man has been reported in Jos, he is John Gya, a native of Irigwe from Bassa LGA, Plateau State.

He left home (Miango) day before yesterday to Jos in order to have some bank transactions and health check up made but since then,he has not returned and all efforts to trace and track him has so far yielded no positive result.

According to the Publicity Secretary of Miango Youth Development Association (MYDA) Mr.Noah Bitrus Nga in statement released on Sunday January 31,2021 said the missing young man left for Jos day before yesterday to withdraw some money to pay the dowry of his prospective wife but was unable to achieve that so, decided to spend his night at his sister's house at Jenta but left the next morning to a hospital to have his blood pressure checked and that was the last time he was seen.

He added that he left his phone at his sister's house on the basis that was going to return as quickly as possible and since then no news of his whereabout. "He left his sister's home and went to the hospital" He said

He said reported by the hospital authorities and left the hospital from there nobody knows his whereabout" He said

He also added that the hospital he went for the check up confirmed that he came but left after he was done. "Went to the hospital as reported by the hospital authorities from there, nobody knows his whereabout." He added

This worrisome situation has generated so much dear and apprehension amongst friends, family members, Rigwe nation and well wishers.

Mr Gya speaks Irigwe and English languages fluently and is  not too tall nor too short. Fair in complexion.

The leadership MYDA,the youth development group is active in have been calling for any information that will lead to his whereabout.
