HAPPY BIRTHDAY FROM PLATEAU PUBLISHERS ASSOCIATION!

On behalf of myself and the entire members of Plateau Publishers Association, I heartily felicitate with the Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen OFR KSG, as she attains age 62.
Honourable Minister, we commend your giant strides in the struggle for the fight against rape,  domestic violence against women and girl-child marriage. And also the domestication of Violence Against Persons Prohibition Bill (VAPP) and child-rights Act; enthronement of girl-child education and launching of the internationally recognised HeforShe, and giving of awards to well deserved persons
Suffice me to mention the proposed distribution of 774 000 cooking gas cylinders to the 774 local government areas of the country in which four states have so far been cleared as a fight against green emission to curb climate change.
Your ministerial style, commitment and hard work are projecting Plateau State in good light at the national level and thus; making you an excellent ambassador of our dear state.

I wish you more sound health, divine wisdom and knowledge as you discharge your national assignment.

A delegation of high-ranking officials from the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has arrived in Jos, Plateau State, ahead of their National Executive Council meeting, which kicks off tomorrow. The delegation was received at the Yakubu Gowon Airport, Jos, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Policy and Governance Pastor.
