MEMBER REPRESENTING MIKANG/SHANDAM/QUA'AN-PAN RECIEVE MERITORIOUS SERVICE AWARD

HON. Komsol A. Longgap member representing Mikang/Shendam/Qua'an Pan Federal Constituency, on Thursday 17th December 2020 was presented an award for 'Outstanding Representation' by Plateau Publishers Association.
In a speech presented by the PPA Chairman Mr. Shabul Mazadu said PPA- Plateau Publishers Association following carefully and selectivitly the promising future of a great country through the  elective office holders in Plateau State, Hon. Komsol A. Longgap keeping to his electioneering promises sincerely, and have a good heart for his people was found meritorious enough to bag the award for - Outstanding Representation.
Over one and a half years as a Federal Legislator has proven his Sound and Workaholic Representation towards gearing a smart and comfortable future for his constituents as listed below.

1. *Bills for the Creation of Federal Polytechnic Shendam
    *Federal Medical Centre Piapung and          *Federal University of Agriculture, Namu. 

2. *Constructed two - three Classroom blocks in Shimankar Gidan Adamu, Yamini and Dorowa,
    *ICT halls undergoing construction.
    *Solar Power Panels/ boreholes in Shendam and Qua'an Pan, purchased and mounted with Mega Kilo Watts Transformer in Bakin Ciyawa.

3. *Application for recruitment in the Police Force from his constituency who eventually secured employment in the force
    *Secured Employment in Jos University Teaching Hospital, Jos University Etc.
    *Distributed bags of fertilizers to farmers in his constituency, 
    *Three hundred motorcycles and five hundred grinding machines and hundreds of sewing machines soon to be distributed.
    *Cash donations to empower Women, Youths and his constituents at large.
    *Paid JAMB fees for many Secondary School Graduates seeking admission into universities aside the WAEC/NECO which many benefited from.
    *Supplied Palliatives to his constituents three times in a row without any gimmick or deviance.
Hon. Komsol Longgap assisted victims of the flood in some communities in his constituency with relief materials such as;
1. Roofing sheets
2. Wood
3. Nails
4. Bags of cement 
5. Food etc.
Seeing the roles played out to satisfy and engage his constituents, PPA's award to the Hon was won't to say he has done enough, but to encourage him to do more than rightly deserved.
In his response, Hon. Komsol thanked PPA, while believing the award is not to Praise him, because of the calibre of people that constitute the association as they are bold, blunt and spoke truth without fear of favour and condemnation.

According to him, all that he is does was and is for his constituency.
He further said that he never knew he will be a federal legislator because of the forces that ganged up against him which raise the slogan Dogara Ga Allah (Trust in God).
God who gives power to whom he deems fit, made him a winner. 
Hon. Komsol Longgap stated to the Plateau Publishers Association that his achievements so far is nothing compared to what is forthcoming.
After his great remarks, the Honourable advised the PPA to stand firm, just in there criticisms, be objective and stay focused.

EDUCATION: YIBAIKWAL FOUNDATION PARTNERS PLATEAU STATE GOVERNMENT TO ENHANCE TEACHER'S CAPACITY.

Education: Yibaikwal Foundation Partners Plateau State Government to enhance Teacher's capacity.
