Dear boss, your dedication, determination, and vision inspires me to always give our best, I appreciate having someone wonderful like you at the helm of affairs.

It has taken some time for me to distill my thoughts and pen my tribute to the man of the people, Dayyabu Yusuf Garga.

You are great man of God which he has positioned to bless our generation! You have transformed so many lives and you are still doing more.
In spite of my stubbornness, you've always been there for me financially, prayerfully, morally and catching me whenever I stumble and fall.

Thought words are insufficient to capture the breath of my thoughts, I will try to give you the essence as I write about someone who is seasoned humanitarian, who is thorough and unassuming, dogged, adventurous and dependable selfless and diligent in any task he embarks upon; devoted to worthy causes; highly performing and eminently practical personality; human resources manager par excellence.

God really gave me the most precious gift in the world has ever got back like you. It's privilege and honor to have you.

From the depths of my heart, I know you are the best leader in the world,  a great mentor, and a father.

My wishes for you on this great day care, Good Health, Wealth, happiness and more happy returns and God will continue to lift you higher and expand your coast beyond imagination.

As you age graciously today, he will bless you abundantly, open a new chapter of glory anointing over you and your family.

Join me in appreciating a philanthropic icon, an outstanding leader who has proved himself beyond any reasonable doubt that he deserve such honour.

CYRIL YILTSEN TSENYIL OVER THE LOSS OF UNCLE, MISKOOM PIUS NKUP YILBIAL.  The Chairman, Members of the Governing Board, Management, and Staff of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC) extend their heartfelt condolences to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil, on the passing of his beloved eldest uncle, Miskoom Pius Nkup Yilbial, who departed this life at the age of 88.
