There are special times and moments in life that we cannot but celebrate and this happens to be one.

Alhaji Dr Dayyabu Yusuf Garga the Hon.Commissioner Ministry For Physical Planning and Urban Development, Plateau State on behalf of himself and family join millions of Nigerians in celebrating a leader per excellence, His Excellency Rt Hon.Barr.Dr Simon Bako Lalong, Executive Governor of Plateau State and Chairman Northern Governors Forum on his 57th Birthday Anniversary.

You have come a long way in the journey which has clearly defined one of your missions on earth, leadership amongst men.

We celebrate you today and always for your uncommon commitment to the development of Plateau state and the people.

You have clearly shown love to all and carried the cause of a one united people despite odds and which has redefined and placed you positively in the hearts of many.

We thank Almighty God for preserving your life thus far and which has culminated in yet another moment of thanksgiving for his greatness in you.

Your Excellency Sir,may this added age come to you with more grace and wisdom.
May it come to you with better health and strength.
May it above all come to you with added Knowledge to continue to pilot the affairs of the State and Nigeria as a whole.
